Here are four social support organizations that offer a variety of support programs for men and women living with cancer, survivors, and co-survivors:
- Camp Kesem offers summer camps for children with parents who have or have had cancer. In 2016, Camp Kesem served 6,000+ children. Visit www.campkesem.org for more information.
- My Cancer Circle provides an online tool for co-survivors to coordinate support activities like preparing meals and giving rides to treatment. Visit www.mycancercircle.net for more information.
- Young Survival Coalition offers support programs (online and telephone) for young breast cancer survivors and a resource kit for young women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. Visit www.youngsurvival.org for more info.
