Breast Cancer Awareness: Cancer Survivors

You are not alone. You belong to a nationwide community of survivors and others battling cancer that can offer social support for you and your loved ones. Here are four social support organizations that offer a variety of support programs for men and women living with cancer, survivors, and co-survivors:

  1. Camp Kesem offers summer camps for children with parents who have or have had cancer. In 2016, Camp Kesem served 6,000+ children. Visit for more information.
  2. My Cancer Circle provides an online tool for co-survivors to coordinate support activities like preparing meals and giving rides to treatment. Visit for more information.
  3. Young Survival Coalition offers support programs (online and telephone) for young breast cancer survivors and a resource kit for young women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. Visit for more info.
  4. Men Against Breast Cancer offers online support for those men who are caretakers of women with breast cancer. Visit for more information.
