- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup water
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If using fresh fruit, replace the water with one cup of ice to maintain the temperature and texture.
